From the desk of Kenny Atcheson:
My personal guarantee.
As mentioned on the Las Vegas Speaker page, a 60-90 minute talk is enough to get someone started but not enough to dramatically improve a life or business. For this reason I will do everything within reason to lead your group to take action on the new ideas they hear from me at the event.
In addition to providing compelling content, I guarantee I will personally do everything reasonably possible to make your event a smashing success by contributing marketing assistance pre-event and implemention assistance, post-event.
The pdf version of the Audience Advantage and Action System Report can be saved to your computer and printed out. You can request a copy by email, fax, or by phone. The online version is below.

The Audience Advantage and Action System Report
“30 days after a convention 90% of attendees have yet to take action on all that they have learned.”
Pre-Event Buzz
Things change and although a good speaker will stay up to date with current events and strategies, it is not possible to know the exact details of all the challenges of the audience members.
Methods for learning more about the group’s challenges, customizing presentations, and creating pre-event buzz are:
Survey – Surveying the attendees gives them the feeling that their personal needs are being addressed and the content delivered will have some customization that may specifically address their needs.
Pre-Event Live Webinar– This method can be used to engage audience members with the event prior to arrival. This can create excitement among members and reinforce their decision to attend. Visuals help drive the points or explain complicated material.
Pre-Event Live Teleseminar– This method can be used to engage audience members with the event prior to arrival. This can create excitement among members and reinforce their decision to attend.
They can listen in conveniently from an office or cell phone.
Pre-Event Teasers – Similar to the webinar or teleseminar except it is not live. This can be a one time teaser or a series leading up to the event. Pre-Event Teasers can be email, special reports, videos, or audios.
Pre-Event Q & A – Conference attendees submit questions prior to the event and get their questions answered at the event. Although not every question will be answered, just the idea that their question was taken into consideration and might be answered, can lead to greater anticipation for the attendees. This can lead to a higher percentage of attendees showing up.
Actionable Content
If you are a meeting planner you may already know what is meant by “actionable content”. However, every speaker may have their own definition so I will share briefly here.
If you have ever attended or organized an event and the speaker offered “ghost content” you may appreciate “actionable content.”
“Ghost content” may get you excited. It may make you feel energized or even scared. It may even be enough to get you to take action…except there is one problem.
You do not have a clue what to do next.
“Actionable content” is content that gives the audience members an idea and direction to implement that idea.
Post-Event Implementation and Follow-Up Success
Two weeks after the event is the ideal time to host an Implementation Event. One week is too soon as attendees are catching up on things they missed while attending the primary event. Three weeks or more and the energy has faded.
Post-event content can be the same or similar to the primary event to drive the points even further or reinforce the information that was already covered.
Additional content or a different angle on the ideas shared can be valuable as well.
Webinar – If the audience can benefit from visual stimulation, a webinar can be powerful, especially if the content is complicated.
Teleseminar – Teleseminars allow attendees the freedom to attend from any location from a cell phone or office phone.
Q & A Live Webinars and Teleseminars – Audience members from the primary event are given a special link or pass code that allows them to submit questions prior to the post-event. This leads to a well organized and concise follow-up event. Some questions may also be asked during the live post-event.
Q & A Training Manual or Video – Audience members write down their questions and ideas during the presentation and turn them over to the meeting planner or speaker immediately after the presentation. Within 2 weeks each audience member receives a CD, DVD, digital audio, online video, whitepaper, or workbook with their questions answered and additional training.
Q & A Private Training – This is typically for a special or selected group. Meeting planners can use this as a device to get prospective attendees to take action. An example is to offer the Private Training to the first twenty attendees that pay for the main event. Another example is to offer the Private Training to the attendees that purchase the larger packages.
Paid Training Session – This is similar to the private training above except it can be used to generate more revenue for the main event. Meeting planners can offer this at the lowest price prior to the event. The price is higher if ordered on the day of the presentation. The price is higher if ordered after the event.
Post Event Series – Any of the previously mentioned implementation strategies can be used as a series. An additional strategy for a series is to send out a sequence of accountability and “take action” emails or reports.

Creative “Stuff”
Planning an event can be overwhelming at times. Creativity can get lost in the details.
A combination of strategies from above can be used. You may want to tweak or adjust for your specific group. We can get creative together to create a unique experience for your group, increase attendance, and increase implementation.
Additional Revenue
A number of additional revenue streams may be available to you for your event including complete training systems, manuals, guides, books, DVDs, CDs, webinars, and teleseminars. You may choose to buy and sell these outright or use them as enticing extras to get people to buy larger packages.
Let me know and I will help you come up with a creative strategy to make it happen.
Assistance With Promotion
Under the right circumstances my office will help promote the event using the same marketing skills I use for my clients and my own business. I may even work with vendors or other speakers to form an alliance of promoters contributing to the pre-event buzz.
Personal Note–> If the topic you need covered is not one that I provide, there is a small list of speakers I will work with to implement the Audience Advantage and Action System to make your event a success. For a list of those speakers or to learn if a speaker you have selected is on the list, call my office.
